Job Description

In this role your duties will include (but not limited to): 

·  Oversee and assist with managing the in-house Laundry Department. 
·  Allocate and organise daily room assignments and team responsibilities.
·  Perform detailed room inspections to ensure brand excellence is upheld.
·  Support roster planning and operational efficiency.
·  Coach, mentor and train Public Area Attendant team members in line with brand standards.
·  Respond to guest requests, feedback, and solve problems with professionalism and urgency.
·  Ensure rooms are released in a timely manner to meet check-in targets.
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with Front Office and Engineering to support a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

In this role you will bring (but not limited to):

·  Experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role (premium or upscale hotel background is ideal).
·  Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
·  Meticulous eye for detail and standards of cleanliness.
·  Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
·  Clear communication - written, verbal and interpersonal.
·  A proactive and guest-first mindset.
·  Flexibility to work a rotating roster across mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends.
