Job Description

·  All-rounder able to manage payroll and accounts payable & receivable
·  Monthly bank reconciliations
·  Review daily cash balance and maintain cash flow projections
·  Month-end close reconciliation and financial analysis
·  Prepare payroll reports and assisting department heads with payroll costs
·  Assisting with budget and forecasting
·  Inventory and stocktake management and reporting
·  Maintain internal control procedures 
·  Maintain contract and services register

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

·  Minimum 1 year experience in a similar hotel accountant role or 2 years finance experience in a hotel environment
·  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
·  Able to produce quality output under tight deadlines
·  Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
·  High attention to detail, task prioritisation and time management
·  Full unrestricted Australian work rights
