Job Description
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage reservations and table assignments efficiently.
Acompain guests to their tables and provide them with the menu.
Coordinate with the staff to ensure adequate service timing.
Maintain an up-to-date record of occupancy and waiting time.
Assist guests with special requests and address their needs with a proactive attitude.
Excellent attitude and personal presentation.
Qualifications
As our Hostess, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests and customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive at the restaurant.
You will manage reservations, assign tables, and coordinate customer flow with the service team in accordance with the hotel's luxury standards.
You must have a minimum of two years prior experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurants.
You must also have an intermediate-advanced level of English as a requirement, as well as familiarity with reservation systems and customer service protocols.
