Job Description

How does your working day look like …

·  Supervise, mentor, and train a team of therapists to deliver exceptional spa services.
·  Schedule, manage, and delegate work assignments for the therapy team.
·  Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
·  Ensure that all therapists are up to date with industry trends and hotel protocols.
·  Deliver personalized treatments (e.g., massages, facials, body scrubs, etc.) in accordance with the guest's preferences and needs.
·  Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable spa experience.
·  Ensure the spa’s ambiance, cleanliness, and atmosphere reflect the luxury standards of a five-star hotel.
·  Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each    massage.
·  Maintain in-depth knowledge of spa services, products, and techniques.
·  Perform a variety of high-end treatments, ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction.
·  Oversee the quality of treatments delivered by other therapists to ensure consistency in service standards.
·  Maintain an ample supply of products, oils, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage/face/body work area.  Preparation of kits as required/needed.
·  Oversee the ordering, stock levels, and inventory of spa products.
·  Ensure the spa uses high-quality products and that the inventory is managed effectively.
·  Liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability.
·  The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members    and guests.
·  Work closely with the Spa Manager/Director to improve spa offerings and performance.
·  Assist in achieving the spa’s financial and operational goals.
·  Contribute to marketing initiatives to promote the spa and its services to hotel guests.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

·  3-5 years of experience in similar role of Senior Spa therapist, knowledge of local market, experience in hospitality.
·  Certified Degree in therapy education
·  Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and techniques.
·  Strong leadership and team management skills.
·  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
