Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

·  Provide a thorough consultation to assess your guest’s ideal image, evaluating face shape, hair texture, and at-home maintenance preferences.
·  Perform individualized services to achieve the guest’s ideal cut or style using cutting and styling techniques and products.
·  Educate your guests on achieving their look at home using the salon’s product lines and recommended styling techniques.
·  Build relationships with guests and make pre-booking recommendations to attain guest retention.
·  Continuously grow your technical skills and compensation through our level system, focusing on continuing education, guest retention, and delivery of at-home care recommendations.

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 2 years hair dressing / styling experience required
·  Related Hair Stylist certification
·  Make up training / experience an asset
