Swissôtel Al Maqam  is part of a new urban development, including two restaurants, one executive lounge, two meeting rooms and a business centre. It has private entrances that make it easier for our valuable gusts to reach Al Masjid Al Haram

Job Description

- Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
- Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
- Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
- Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints
- Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs)
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff 
- Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

·  Proficiency in English (verbal and written), a second language an asset.
·  Previous customer-related experience preferred.
·  Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
·  Highly responsible & reliable.
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

·   Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
·   Fluency in English
