Job description

Key tasks

- Ensure a successful pre-opening of the 235 room hotel, meeting all Novotel Brand standards.
- Set opening budgets and financial commitments for all teams within each department.
- Prepare and initiate all Sales, Distribution and Digital activities to ensure successful business activity as soon as the hotel is ready to open.
- Lead Talent and Culture (HR) activities including successful talent recruitment, training and development.
- Ensure successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding communities.
