Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations in our bustling tropical island setting.
· Lead and motivate the front office team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
· Organise and oversee daily tasks, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery
· Coach and develop team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
· Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
· Make decisive operational decisions to maintain service standards
· Manage shift registrations, administration, and evaluations
· Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
· Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions
· Monitor and contribute to the department's performance goals
· Maintain a welcoming and organised front desk area
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in a front office role within the hospitality industry
· Proven leadership and coaching abilities
· Extensive knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), particularly Opera Cloud
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, and weekends
· Strong administrative and organisational skills
· Proficiency in multitasking and working accurately under pressure
· Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
· Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Vietnamese, are highly desirable
· Hospitality or tourism-related qualifications are advantageous
· Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
· Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a tropical resort setting
