Job Description
·
Assisting in the development and implementation of annual marketing and promotional plans.
·
Coordinating marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email marketing, public relations, and partnerships.
·
Managing website content, promotional materials, and marketing communications to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
·
Liaising with internal departments, corporate teams, media partners, tourism bodies, and external suppliers to maximise promotional opportunities.
·
Supporting media relations and generating positive publicity through PR initiatives and third-party endorsements.
·
Monitoring marketing budgets and ensuring campaigns are delivered within allocated financial parameters.
·
Creating and distributing marketing content for print, online, and digital channels.
·
Maintaining marketing databases, correspondence, and campaign documentation.
·
Supporting leadership with proposals, reports, presentations, and campaign briefings.
·
Acting as a brand ambassador by promoting Accor values and enhancing the organisation’s reputation internally and externally.
Qualifications
· The role requires a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in marketing or hotel operations.
· Strong digital marketing knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to coordinate campaigns and manage multiple tasks are essential.
· Success in the role also depends on excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
