求人内容

·  Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations
·  Ensures all directions are followed out at the request of any level of Senior Management
·  Keeps abreast of all product knowledge, ranging from daily functions, services and facilities available, and marketing and promotional activities.
·  Projects a favorable image of the hotel, through a positive and professional attitude, manner, and presentation.
·  Maintains a positive relationship with Guests and Colleagues by meeting and exceeding their expectations through Heartist approach.
·  Maintain personal presentation and hygiene as per the grooming standards issued by Accor.
·  Ensure Guest details remain confidential.
·  Reports any hazards, risks, accidents as required
·  Abides by and is aware of all relevant Occupational, Health & Safety legislation
·  Answer all incoming calls within three rings, using the Accor greeting standards.
·  Constantly reviewing the performance and operations of yourself and the department through monitoring I-QA results, and RPS results.
·  Always remain professional in attitude, manner and presentation providing Guests with a 5 star Heartist approach, including using their name where possible, and acknowledging Guests with eye contact as they approach the desk.
·  Keeps abreast of all product knowledge, ranging from daily functions, services and facilities available, and marketing and promotional activities.
·  Assist Guests with general enquiries, providing accurate and detailed information

資格

·  Previous customer related experience an asset
·  Excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills; Spoken English and Japanese is mandatory and additional languages (Chinese) an asset.
·  This is a 24/7 operation and all personnel are expected to adjust work hours to the needs of the business. Some position will include late nights, weekend and holiday work.
·  Position requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift. Strong knowledge of computer systems required, OPERA (or similar) and additional languages are an asset
·  Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 kg
·  Highly responsible & reliable
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
·  Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
