Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

· 
Oversee all front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

· 
Lead, train, and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.

· 
Manage check-in/check-out procedures with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue.

· 
Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities.

· 
Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

· 
Maintain and implement Novotel brand standards, ensuring excellence in every interaction.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

· 
Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.

· 
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

· 
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

· 
A passion for delivering outstanding guest service with a proactive and positive attitude.

· 
Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera experience preferred).

· 
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

· 
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
