Position Summary
The Front Office Agent is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role includes handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
·
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
·
Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
·
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
·
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to meet guest needs.
·
Manage guest complaints and escalate when necessary.
·
Ensure compliance with Accor service standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
·
Saudi nationality (mandatory).
·
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
·
Minimum of 1 year experience in Front Office or Customer Service.
·
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
·
Ability to work in shifts (morning, evening, night).
·
Knowledge of Opera PMS or equivalent hotel systems is an advantage.

· Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
· Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
· Basic English skills are a must.
