Job Description

·  Deliver high‑quality guest service by providing efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service that meets standards, including VIP/regular guest needs and room service.
·  Maintain operational excellence through proper hygiene, cleaning, mis‑en‑place, equipment control, stock takes, and accurate communication with kitchen and guests.
·  Ensure accurate financial processes including guest billing, shift revenue reconciliation, and correct posting of charges.
·  Support smooth daily operations by adhering to service times, ensuring staff competence and sales maximisation, and working flexibly across a 7‑day rotating roster with early and late shifts.

Qualifications

·  Experience in a similar role with strong restaurant/bar service knowledge.
·  Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
·  Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
·  Clear and efficient communication with the kitchen team.
