This role would suit someone who enjoys working as a leader of a team during peak dining hours in a busy and vibrant environment. We are looking for someone who has experience managing a team ideally within hospitality, has ability to multi-task, work with volume, communicate effectively, has strong knowledge of food and beverage operation with an advantage of previous experience within Conference and Banqueting. The successful candidate would step in to an established team as their supervisor in the smooth operation.

Essential and optional requirements
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be assisting the F&B and Assistant F&B Manager in the running of the food and beverage department, have a friendly, professional personality, and ensure the high standard of customer service level is in place at all times. You will be required to carry out following typical daily tasks: Opening the till before shift starts, making sure the bar and restaurant are clean and tidy, Team Members are following the hotel grooming standard, coordinating team in smooth operation during dining hours, refilling bar and restaurant stock when necessary, dealing with various F&B administration, taking orders, serving guest, welcoming guest, resolving/dealing guest` quires, up-selling products, supervising team, reporting to Line Manager.
