Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, room service and event service operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager , with the support of an Assistant Manager , you’ll bring leadership, creativity and operational strength to drive exceptional guest experiences.
In this high‑impact role, you will:
· Lead, coach and inspire the Food & Beverage team
· Oversee all operational areas including restaurant, bar and room service
· Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to elevate guest experience
· Maintain high standards of service, presentation and compliance
· Manage rosters, stock, cost control and reporting
· Review performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
· Play a key role in hotel‑wide leadership conversations and collaboration
· Champion Accor’s values and the Heartist service culture
This is an ideal role for a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take their F&B career to the next level.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
· Experience in food & beverage leadership, ideally in hotel environments or similar
· Strong people‑leadership skills and the ability to build a positive team culture
· Confidence managing budgets, labour and stock
· Solid understanding of RSA, food safety and compliance standards
· Exceptional communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
· A guest‑focused mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences
· The ability to stay calm and solution‑oriented in challenging moments
