Job Description

This role is based within our Qantas Lounges team working across both the Brisbane domestic aiport and international terminal.

Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

·  Creating unforgettable service experiences for our Qantas Lounge guests
·  Clearing tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy.
·  Serve beverages efficiently using tray service, ensuring smooth and safe delivery to guest
·  Responsible for carrying and balancing trays with multiple items, maintaining balance and speed
·  Representing the iconic Qantas Brand, showcasing immaculate presentation
·  Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
·  Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general OHS practices

Qualifications

Proven history working in a premium guest focused service environment
