Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s international network, have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Executive Lounge on Part Time or Casual Basis, 20 to 24 hours/week.

Job Description

·
Support the daily operations of the Executive Lounge and to assist the Management team in the effective and efficient running of the lounge.

·
Deliver friendly, professional, and prompt service to all guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.

·
Provide a warm welcome and engage with guests respectfully, offering assistance through meaningful interactions.

·
Consistently adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures related to the venue’s service and operations.

Qualifications

·
The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service

·
Previous experience in a similar role

·
Exceptional communication and organisational skills

·
Hands-on and customer focused

·
Approachable, charismatic, and fun

·
Product knowledge of menu and dining trend

·
High level of attention to detail

·
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
