This is an opportunity to be a part of our dynamic Food & Beverage Team, working across all of our dining outlets including our chef hatted Newmarket Room Restaurant, 1867 Lounge bar, Heroic Cafe, Chiltern Rooftop pool and Conference and Event operations. You will manage a supportive, guest-focused environment with attentive care that sets the tone for exceptional service.
Daily Responsibilities May Include:

Assist the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all food and beverage services.

Lead, mentor and empower the Food & Beverage team.
·
Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers and stakeholders.
·
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a holistic approach for high quality operations.
·
Support the implementation of departmental policies and procedures through training and workplace supervision.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
·
Availability across 7 days, AM and PM
·
Confidence in using Office 365 and POS systems
·
Previous experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role
·
Attention to detail, authenticity and a passion for hospitality
·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
