Job Description

As our Food and Beverage Supervisor , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that align with the sophistication of our newly refurbished venues. You will support the F&B team with passion and professionalism, ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding guest satisfaction. This dynamic role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Overseeing daily food and beverage operations , ensuring high service standards and quality.
·  Assisting in team supervision, training, and mentoring to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
·  Supporting the F&B Manager in achieving financial targets, minimising waste, and optimising resources.
·  Collaborating with the culinary and events teams to create memorable dining experiences.
·  Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all F&B operations.
·  Monitoring and responding to guest feedback to continuously improve service and experience.
·  Assisting in stock control and inventory management to ensure efficient operations.
·  Leading by example in delivering outstanding customer service and promoting a positive team culture.
·  Supporting promotional campaigns and special events to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
·  Conducting regular team briefings to ensure alignment and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
·  Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
·  Excellent organisational and time management skills , with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
·  A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
·  Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster , including weekends and holidays.
