Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Duty Manager to support our day-to-day operations across our food and beverage outlets and conference & events spaces. This is a hands-on role, focused on ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the wider Food & Beverage leadership team.
You will play a key part in delivering memorable guest experiences, supporting the team on the floor, and ensuring service standards are upheld throughout each shift.
What you’ll be doing:
· Help keep daily food & beverage service running smoothly across outlets and events, making sure our guests leave happy
· Work with our Supervisors to support the team on the floor with hands-on training around all things customer service including knowledge of our menus, dietary needs, and drinks.
· Support our team with guest interactions, jumping in to resolve any issues, and making sure feedback is handled quickly.
· Support our Finance team with stock control and stock take along with accurate billing for our guests.
· Ensure the team are presenting their best selves in line with our grooming and hygiene standards.
· Work closely with our Kitchen & Front of House teams to keep service flowing.
· Be a champion for team development with ongoing coaching and training.

Qualifications
· Previous leadership experience in a food and beverage outlet/conferencing.
· Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and guest expectations
· Confident communicator with good interpersonal and team support skills
· A positive, professional approach with a focus on guest satisfaction
· Flexible, organised, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
· Experience using Micros, Opera & 7Rooms highly desirable.
