Novotel London Canary Wharf is looking for a Food and Beverage Cost Controller.

Previous experience required
Monitoring and recording of food and beverage costs
Adhering to all Accor cost control procedures
Updates costs in the relevant systems
F&B revenue by outlet and cost audits
Reviews purchasing procedures for all F&B items including orders and invoices
Ensures compliance with documentation/authorisation processes
Monitor inventories of Food & Beverage to increase inventory turnover and minimise food cost
Participates in month end reporting procedures in relation to F&B stock.
Supervises the store persons who offer support in this area
A good level of English, both written and spoken is essential. Flexibility is required as there will be a combination of shift starts and finishes, particularly around month end. Confidence working with computers especially excel. Previous experience with purchasing and stock management systems is a plus.
