Job Description

As a valued member of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll be at the heart of delivering warm, personalised service that turns every visit into a memorable experience. From greeting guests with genuine hospitality to offering thoughtful recommendations, you'll help showcase the best of the Yarra Valley through exceptional dining moments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

·  Providing attentive, efficient service and accurately taking guest orders
·  Creating a welcoming and well-presented dining environment at all times
·  Supporting daily operations with professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail
·  Assisting with the setup and delivery of events and functions, helping to foster a vibrant, engaging atmosphere

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

·  A warm, approachable personality with a strong focus on guest experience
·  Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
·  A positive team player who performs well under pressure
·  A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
·  Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
