Job Description

You will be doing:

·  Performs all facial services in a safe and professional manner to the guest.
·  Adhere to the Spa Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual.
·  Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments, spa therapy and the facility.
·  Responsible for driving the guest experience.
·  Perform regular treatment and facility audits to maintain brand standards.
·  Ensure guest / member satisfaction at all times by ensuring safety and service is always the
spa’s first priority.
·  Assure safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying
hotel regulations and strictly following existing laws.

Qualifications

Your qualifications must be proven through:

·  Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in similar role in a luxury Spa.
·  You must mastering facial anatomy for treatment purposes as well as the products and client care service.
·  You must hold a certificate for CIBTAC, VTCT, or CIDESCO or any related certification.
·  Positive attitude is a must.
·  You must be proficient both in Bahasa Indonesia & English (spoken & written)
