You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
·  Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
·  Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
·  Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees
·  Good knowledge of our products
·  Take responsibility for your designated section and station
·  Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
·  Receiving and processing customers’ payments
·  Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
·  Cleaning and sanitizing tables
·  Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns
·  Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services
