Job Description

·  Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
·  Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently, incorporating storytelling.
·  Prepare and serve beverage and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
·  Provide information about menu items, offer recommendations, and upsell when appropriate.
·  Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including tables, service areas, and equipment.
·  Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
·  Address guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints in a timely and polite manner.
·  Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in premium restaurant F&B service is an advantage.
·  Strong knowledge of fine dining service sequence and techniques.
·  Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
·  Must be fluent in Thai; English proficiency is a plus.
·  Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
·  Team-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent service.
