Job Description

·  Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements of the executive team.
·  Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
·  Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
·  Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the executive office.
·  Maintain comprehensive and organized filing systems for confidential records and documents.
·  Coordinate logistics for business travel, conferences, and hotel events.
·  Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement requests.
·  Support the planning and execution of hotel events, executive meetings, and VIP guest arrangements.
·  Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all interactions.
·  Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role
·  Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·  Strong sense of confidentiality, trustworthiness, and attention to detail
·  Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
·  Adaptability and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
·  Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
