You need to have a passionate attitude and creative style together with a enthusiasm for great food and service.
You will behave and act (as a manager) in an exemplary fashion, embodying the Pullman brand mindset.
You will also be delivering a unique guest experience within an intense C&B Operation of 17 meeting rooms and a busy Restaurant Retail environment.
You will be part of a fast paced team, and you must have excellent organisational skills with a great level of English and with the ability to manage a team of highly professional and motivated Chefs!
You will manage a kitchen brigade of 21 and adapt management practices to the brand culture, working methods, communications and recruitment.
You will be strong on leadership skills and focus on creativity.

Your primary challenge will be to successfully prepare and open our new branded Restaurant, Bar and Coffee Shop concept for February 2019.

Your Duties & Responsibilities will include:

Full responsibility for all the food outlets within the hotel including our 100+ seated
Restaurant, 24 hour Room Service, Bar and 17 Conference & Meeting spaces including the Shaw Theatre.
You will be carrying out and coordinating the organisation, preparation, production, presentation and assuring the high standard of culinary services offered to all our guests.
Management of all kitchen personnel including Chef’s and Kitchen Porters whilst supervising the production of all food and food preparation areas.
Adapt management practices to the brand culture, working methods, communications and recruitment.
Responsible for and complies with all elements that relate to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety, whilst ensuring excellent quality of food consistently.
Adapting to any specific requests made by guests and preparing menus for special VIP events.
Creative thinking for all menus across all departments including the Restaurant & Bar, Room Service, Conference & Banqueting and VIP Events.
Organising and supervising food preparations in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts.
Coordinates with the Food & Beverage Services Manager in order to ensure that service runs smoothly.
Develops team spirit and motivation by creating a good working atmosphere.

Essential and optional requirements

You will be highly organised, creative and driven, with a minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Head Chef or Head Chef.
