We are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team in Sivota, Greece. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional experience from the initial reservation process.

·  Deliver professional and efficient customer service to all guests
·  Manage incoming calls, emails, and online reservation requests with utmost professionalism
·  Optimize revenue through strategic recommendation of additional services and amenities
·  Provide comprehensive information about our property, facilities, and accommodate special requests
·  Ensure accurate processing of reservations, including correct recording of all guest details and preferences
·  Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concerns
·  Maintain current knowledge of promotions, rates, and availability to provide precise information
·  Demonstrate thorough understanding of the property's policies, procedures, and services
·  Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
·  Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and uphold high standards of service

Επαγγελματικά προσόντα

Your experience and skills include:

At least three years experience in the same role                                                                                              Knowledge of computers systems, such as OPERA CLOUD, Microsoft office                                                   Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus                                                                                          Eligible to work in Greece.                                                                                                                                    Guest focused personality is essential
