Job Description
- Manage Kitchen team, supervise and conduct the necessary training.
- Set the strategy to achieve the budget and control the cost.
- Ensure the high level of Food safety management & Hygiene as standard
- Analysis of food trend and market demand to boost up the business
Qualifications
- Diploma from a Hospitality Management / Culinary school preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing food production & culinary operations in a hotel
