Key tasks

As EAM Rooms you are responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of guest services departments, maximize room revenue and productivity by providing all quests with outstanding and quality service, develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and brand in the community. You will be an accomplished manager who shares our passion for delivering an amazing and outstanding guest experience.

An excellent and confident communicator, you will take a hands-on and proactive approach to your role with a key focus on developing and supporting your team members. Promoting teamwork and daily communication and coordination with other departments.

Essential and optional requirements

You have proven pre-opening experience a in five star luxury hotel (preferably all-inclusive) on an EAM Rooms position. You have strong and professional leadership and analytical skills, administrative and interpersonal skills. You have in-depth knowledge of the all-inclusive concept and have experience in the UAE or Middle East. Proficient in Hotel Property Management Systems, reservation and third party distribution systems. You are passionate about rooms operation which includes the spa & wellness operation as well.
