Job Description

Food & Beverage Manager

· 
Lead, mentor, and manage the Food & Beverage team to ensure high performance and engagement

· 
Oversee daily F&B operations while ensuring all brand standards and quality requirements are consistently met

· 
Develop and implement new concepts, menus, products, and service offerings

· 
Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and support revenue growth

· 
Create memorable and high-quality dining experiences for our guests

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

· 
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role

· 
Proven experience in leading and managing a team

· 
Strong organizational and communication skills

· 
Passion for food, beverage, and guest experience

· 
Ability to think creatively and drive continuous improvement
