Job Description

·  To regulate and control the arrangement of the plate designs, the arrangement of the meals, the arrangement of the other materials in accordance with the instructions and procedures.
·  To check the daily task schedules and ensures the daily schedule according to the standards.
·  To ensure that all food items are prepared in an appetizing and eye-catching manner 
·  During the meal time to make sure the standart appearance of the bouffét 
·  Is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen utensils.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in the culinary field required
·  Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline an asset
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Highly responsible & reliable
