Job Description

Dive Center & Water Sport Instructor

This position is responsible for conducting scuba diving courses, leading dive excursions, assisting guest in watersports area and providing excellent customer service to guests. The instructor ensures the safety and well-being of divers, maintains diving equipment, and assists in promoting diving & watersports activities within the Resort.

Business Performance

·  Ensure that operations are conducted following Company and international safety & quality standards
·  Guarantee the best possible execution of all Dive Center and Water Sports operations
·  Comply with the administrative duty
·  Keep excellent relation with all other departments
·  Keep equipment and facility in optimal working conditions

Operation

·  Daily organization and scheduling of all the activities (diving, water sports and excursion)
·  Processing of all the administrative duties (including bills, emails, supplies, planning, paperwork, marketing, insurances, fill in file)
·  Planning of the Staff and boats schedule, holiday, day off dry docking etc.
·  Writing Reports including (but not limited to) Daily Report, Monthly statement
·  Coordinating with third-party whenever required (big game fishing, speed boat)

Qualifications

· 
PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and EFR Instructor, both in active teaching status

· 
Enriched Air & DPV instructor specialties

· 
Currently DAN/3rd party professional liability

· 
At least two years’ experience in the same position

· 
Experience in the Maldives would be an added advantage
