Job Description

·  Assists the Cost Control Manager in monitoring and controlling all procedures that affect receipt issuance, general controls, hotel sales, and other miscellaneous services.
·  Supports in monitoring and recording all account meals, food, and beverage costs, maintaining accuracy of the POS system, and helps verify and tabulate inventories. 
·  Helps oversee inventory management, stocktaking, processing, and verifying invoices for payment.

Qualifications

·  Graduate of a degree in Accounting and Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
·  A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in finance and cost control is an advantage.
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a keen sense of detail.
·  Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft applications, Futurelog and other relevant applications for Cost Control
