Job Description
We are looking for a Commis Chef that will specialise in pastry and:
· Cook well in a team while pre-empting the needs of customers and your co-workers
· Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices.
· Engage in ongoing learning to refine your skills and stay up-to-date with culinary trends
· Create and prepare desserts/pastries for the kitchen team
Qualifications
· Must be able to work in a rotating roster
· Experience in working as a pastry chef
· Experience in a similar role
· A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
· Hospitality Certifications are preferred but not required
· Experience in hotels is preferred but no required
