Job Description

·  Identifying opportunities to expand business through mergers, partnerships and new markets
·  Developing accurate project bids with the help of other departments
·  Agreeing to timescales, costs and resources for a project
·  Creating plans for each stage of a project
·  Negotiating with suppliers and contractors
·  Constantly monitoring progress, quality and costs
·  Reporting regularly to executives about project progress

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as  commercial director  or other relevant role
·  Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
·  In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
·  Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
·  Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
·  Excellent organizational and leadership skills
·  Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
