Job description
Key tasks
-Lead the hotel opening tasks to meet all Novotel Brand standards
-Set opening budget and financial commitments for all teams within each departments P&L.
-Ensure successful talents recruitment, training and development.
-Prepare and initiate all Sales, Distribution and Digital activities to ensure successful business activity as soon as the hotel is ready to open.
-Ensure strong and successful relationship with all stakeholders, including owning company, local Authorities and surrounding Community.
-Be able to take the cluster role of the current Novotel Suites Hanoi afterwards

Essential and optional requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience as General Manager – Mid Scale brand in Asia Pacific with successful pre-opening records (previous experience with hotel opening in Vietnam is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen with good knowledge of Asian markets .
• Advanced Sales, Digital Marketing, Distribution and Revenue Management Skills
