Your Role in the Story
As the F&B Reception & Reservations Manager at LUURA, you are the driving force behind an exceptional guest journey across all LUURA F&B concepts, including Mimi Kakushi and Lenea (All Day Dining). You lead your team with passion and precision, ensuring every interaction delights guests and reflects the elevated Rikas service standards.
You inspire and coach your team to deliver flawless reservations, seamless hostess services, and memorable first impressions, while continuously raising service levels to meet Rikas stretch standards. By optimizing operations and fostering collaboration with F&B, Sales, and Events teams, you create smooth, efficient, and extraordinary dining experiences that exceed guest expectations and reinforce the prestige of the Rikas brand.
In this role, you are not just managing operations—you are shaping the heart of the guest experience, ensuring every detail, every interaction, and every moment upholds LUURA’s promise of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Recruit, select, and onboard talented F&B reception and reservations team members, ensuring the right people are in place to uphold Rikas’ elevated service standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
· Lead, train, and mentor the F&B reception and reservations team, building a guest-focused and professional culture across all outlets.
· Oversee reservations and hostess operations for Mimi Kakushi, Lenea, and all other LUURA F&B concepts, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service.
· Implement, monitor, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and service standards, ensuring compliance with Rikas standards.
· Handle escalated guest inquiries, special requests, or complaints professionally and promptly.
· Ensure accurate reservation records, guest preferences, and seating allocations are maintained in the F&B management system.
· Coordinate with restaurant managers, hosts, and service teams to optimize table allocation, service flow, and operational efficiency across all outlets.
· Upsell premium dining options, special menus, and F&B experiences to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
· Analyze booking trends, monitor occupancy, and provide actionable insights to support planning, staffing, and service improvement.
· Collaborate closely with Sales, Events, and F&B teams to manage private dining, banquets, and special events.
· Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure adherence to professional appearance, behavior, and communication standards.
· Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach, anticipating guest needs and opportunities to elevate the dining experience.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar F&B reception or reservations managerial role in hotels, resorts, or multi-outlet F&B operations.
· Pre-opening experience in F&B outlets is highly desirable.
· Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
· Strong knowledge of F&B reservations systems, front-of-house operations, and guest service standards.
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
· Professional, proactive, and collaborative, able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
· Flexible, reliable, and able to manage peak periods and special events.
· Eligible to work in an EU country.
