Job Description

• Manage all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurant and bars;

• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service;

• Ensure compliance of brand standards ;

• Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in managing large F&B operations;

• Substantial experience managing standalone restaurants or leading restaurant group;

• Entrepreneurial mindset to attract clients and boost F&B revenue;

• F&B cost and payroll control;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Micros/Symphony program knowledge;

• Fluent English
