Your Role in Our Success
As the Chef De Cuisine, you will:
· Inspire Culinary Creativity: Lead the development of new recipes, theme nights, and dining concepts that align with our guests’ lifestyle preferences, bringing fresh ideas to life.
· Craft Exceptional Experiences: Design menus that are diverse, appealing, and cater to a broad audience. A mix of international as well as regional dishes to suit different tastes and dietary preference
· Inspire & Mentor: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met across all culinary outlets.
· Elevate Guest Interaction: Be visible during key dining experiences, engaging with guests to gather feedback and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
· Collaborate for Perfection: Work closely with other departments to create seamless, memorable dining experiences that enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
· At least 2 years of experience as an Chef De Cuisine within a successful lifestyle luxury brand.
· Expertise in all-day dining or buffet settings, with a deep understanding of international cuisine.
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
· Proficiency in English and familiarity with HACCP standards.
· Bonus Points: Experience in the Maldives is advantageous, but your passion and skills are what matter most.
