Job Description

Success in this role is the ability to learn quickly and the desire to provide service to our guests whilst working well with others as an all-rounder and team player. Perfectly suited to those who have a basic level of food & beverage service skills and are eager to learn from on-the-job training.

·  Work with your team to set conference rooms promptly and accurately to the specifications described on the function sheets.
·  Ensure client expectations are met, delivering food & beverage service that aligns with our service standards.
·  Take responsibility for your designated rooms or sections during service.
·  Ensure all food & beverage requirements are delivered on time and as specified.

Qualifications

·  Availability to work across a 7-day roster including morning and evening shifts.
·  Intermediate level of food & beverage service skills including greeting guests, taking orders, cleaning, and clearing tables.
·  Physical capability to move heavy items as needed and practice safe handling at all times.
·  Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification (required).
·  A high level of personal presentation aligning with our brand standards.
·  Ability to work efficiently, independently and also in a team.
