Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Banquet Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of events and maintaining exceptional service standards in our prestigious venue.

·  Oversee the meticulous setup of function rooms, ensuring strict adherence to Banquet Event Orders
·  Coordinate closely with the culinary team to guarantee a comprehensive understanding of event menus and dietary requirements
·  Supervise and motivate the banquet staff to deliver impeccable service throughout all events
·  Manage inventory levels of banquet equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal readiness for operations
·  Conduct regular quality checks to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in all service and storage areas
·  Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address any last-minute changes or special requests efficiently
·  Participate in pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations to continuously improve service delivery
·  Assist in training new team members and implementing best practices in banquet operations
·  Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a Banquet Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
·  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and management
·  Strong leadership abilities, demonstrating the capacity to supervise and motivate a diverse team
·  Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to service excellence
·  Proficiency in event planning and coordination, including experience with Banquet Event Orders and menu management
·  Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
·  Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
·  Thorough understanding of safety protocols and cleanliness standards in food service and hospitality environments
·  Knowledge of local cuisine and cultural etiquette relevant to Dubai and the UAE
·  Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
·  Experience with event management software and digital tools for efficient operations
·  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred
·  Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
