Following a multi-million renovation yet maintaining the identity of this treasured historical landmark hotel and its brutalist architecture style, the luxury 5-star Fairmont Golden Prague Hotel will reopen in March 2025.
Located at the gate of Parizska Boulevard, in the UNESCO Old Town and next to the historical Jewish Quarter, 297 rooms and suites that offer prime views of the Vltava river and the ancient city, 6 restaurants and bars, meeting facilities for up to 500 guests, a 1400m2 spa inclusive of a selection of saunas and steam rooms, an indoor and outdoor pool, a group exercise studio and a gym await our guests, all within walking distance of designer boutiques and restaurants, as well as the most notable architectural and cultural sights.

Active collaboration in managing the daily operations of a luxury Spa & Wellness center
·
Supporting the Spa Manager in organizing and developing the team of therapists, receptionists, and other specialists
·
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and flawless customer service
·
Contributing to the creation of treatment menus, product offerings, and wellness experiences in line with the Fairmont brand
·
Overseeing the quality of services provided, ensuring compliance with hygiene and operational standards
·
Analyzing performance, preparing reports, and actively contributing to achieving business goals
Kvalifikace
·
Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred
·
A natural sense of guest care and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
·
Ability to lead and motivate a team, organize operations, and effectively handle day-to-day situations
·
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work
·
Good command of the English language; knowledge of Czech or other languages is a welcome bonus
·
Experience with hotel or spa systems (e.g., Opera, Book4Time, etc.) is an advantage
·
Czech language is required
