· EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES & EMPOWERMENT
An individual contributor reporting to the Marketing Manager or Hotel representative assigned by the company, this role will be responsible for the Hotel’s marketing collaterals or online marketing activities. You are a competent generalist with experience in creative implementations and online marketing initiatives. Someone who is highly independent, passionate and creative.
Develop sales and marketing collaterals including offline (Posters, brochures) and online (videos, gifs) content.
To enhance brand exposure for the Hotel
Implement through effective and efficient marketing channels for optimum brand exposure.
You main tasks are to analyses the market and the environment. Implement and manage the sales action plan. Carry out direct marketing action (mailing, phoning). Create sales & marketing pitches and support tools (brochures, reply coupon, competition…) coordinate operational marketing actions. Set up and upgrades bash boards with help of assigned representative.
· KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Branding
Being the custodian of Hotel brand equity across all departments.
Be fully conversant with Hotel brand, standards and identity.
Creative implementation of all marketing and sales content initiatives, development and production including offline (posters, brochures) and online (videos, gifs etc…) content.
Social Media
Plan & manage social media accounts and sites as relevant to the hotels markets (Facebook, Instagram etc...)
Develop social networking to achieve positive online presence and reputation.
General Marketing
Manage Hotel website content and CMS
Update Hotel content on Accor brand page, working closely with reporting manager and regional team.
Work closely with F&B & Sales on marketing for marketing / promotional content.
Work closely with other departments to grow equity of the Hotel and brand
Le Club Accor, ALL, Accor Plus, Loyalty program and etc.
Manage Hotel important databases and guest communication and other relevant documents and delivered if required.
Be involved in Hotel CSR effects and branding.
Temporary Missions.
Any other reasonable request to support activity with other departments, like sales wedding events, meetings showcase etc..
