Job Description
· Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization.
· Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
· Ensure maintenance of customer database.
· Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
· Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.
· Assist the Director of Sales in the development of the Strategic Sales Plan for the organization.
· Assist the Director of Sales to direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Organization’s Strategic Plan.
