Job Description
Responsible for the overall administrative and operation of the Food & Beverage department to maximize profits, enforce established F&B policies, quality standards and optımıze high staff performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Neat appearance
· Articulate
· Good Posture
· Oral and written fluency in English
· Local language
· Additional foreign language
· University Degree
· Food&Beverage or/and Guest Relations knowledge
· Knowledge of Opera Property Management SysteM
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity role
· 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role
· Ability to motivate and lead
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail
· Multitasking

· Oral and written fluency in English
· Oral and written fluency in local language
· Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration
· Knowledge of Opera SC Management System
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales position, at an international 5 star hotel
· Additional experience in the hospitality industry an asset
