Job Description

· 
Maintains the accounts for hotel and residences such as preparing financial statements, and completing bank and balance sheets.​

· 
Ensures compliance with the hotel policies and procedures, as well as the BIR requirements, provides billing process, and helps in handling unit owner queries.​

· 
Oversees the residences credit and collection team for Assessment fees and Condo Dues.

Qualifications

· 
Graduate with a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field is an advantage.​

· 
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance at a luxury hotel is an asset.​

· 
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a keen sense for detail.​

· 
Strong working knowledge of Opera, and MS Office applications.
