Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to join our finance team. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting the overall financial health of our organization.

·  Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
·  Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts on a regular basis
·  Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
·  Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities
·  Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
·  Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and issues
·  Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
·  Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
·  Assist in the preparation of audit materials and liaise with external auditors
·  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
·  Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
·  Experience with financial and accounting reporting systems
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
·  Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
·  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
·  Experience in a similar industry is a plus
