About the Role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* You will represent the HR function and Worldline Financial Services in the Netherlands, ensuring effective communication and implementation of projects and initiatives towards local management and the international HR team.
* You will provide legal and HR advice to management, manage employee relations matters, and represent Financial Services Netherlands department in Dutch works council meetings when relevant.
* You will provide guidance on employee development, performance management, talent management, and career paths.
* You will drive talent excellence, oversee all HR aspects linked to the employee life cycle, support resource planning and talent acquisition, compensations review processes and also manage exit processes for staff employee.
* You will contribute to global and local HR initiatives, acting as a key interface between HR Netherlands, HR shared services, and global operational management.
* You will drive process and role clarity, deploy HR WL Group processes.
* You will collaborate effectively with other HR partners to deliver timely and consistent HR services and solutions.
* You will support organizational design topics, coach and facilitate change management, and help the business understand the importance of effective change by sharing knowledge.
* You will constantly identify and suggest better ways to organize work and people to deliver on business strategies.

* You have a higher education degree.
* You have at least 7 years of experience as an HR professional in an international an agile work environment.
* You have a sound knowledge in employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
* You are comfortable working with Microsoft office especially excel.
* You are hands-on, flexible and straightforward.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English mandatory.
* You have substantial knowledge in social processes.
* You have motivation and passion for change management in a matrix environment.
