Trainee Accountant Apprentice
Salary: Up to £21,000 depending on skill set and experience
Location: Based at our Head Office in Warwick

Your new colleagues will be an experienced group, including individuals who have completed their own apprenticeships and understand your journey firsthand. You’ll work closely with two seasoned Senior Accountants who will guide and mentor you throughout your development, as well as a Chief Accountant. This supportive team will ensure you feel welcomed, empowered, and set up for success from day one. Together, you’ll collaborate on meaningful projects that make a real impact.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
· A minimum of 3 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) , including Maths and English.
· 2 A-Levels (A-C) or equivalent qualifications—subjects like Accountancy, Business, or Economics are a plus.
· A passion for finance and a commitment to professional growth.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Over a 36-month apprenticeship , you’ll rotate through key finance areas, including:
· Reconciliations : Master the art of balancing accounts with precision.
· Month-End Reporting : Collaborate with the team to deliver insights that drive decisions.
· Payables and Banking : Gain hands-on experience in managing crucial financial operations.
· Ad Hoc Reporting : Dive into diverse tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across both UK and Ireland operations , giving you a broad perspective and invaluable exposure. Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll be supported as you work toward becoming a CIMA-qualified professional , setting you up for a successful future in finance.
